Why don't we sue the CIA?? Oops, we already tried that in Canada. But the courts here say the CIA has immunity from its heinous actions committed on foreign citizens. So - what about on Americans? Is the CIA immune in their own country too?
They do have a sort of immunity that was built into the National Security Act of 1947 by you-know-whom: Allen Dulles. I'm planning to write an article about that soon but in the meantime I urge you to get Fletcher Prouty's book, The Secret Team.
Ann, I have a copy of a video of me but did not realise it is still available on YouTube. Gosh, from 8 years ago, telling folks how to sue for MK-Ultra. Very likely there has been some action in last 8 years but I am not aware of any.
You are the source for the McGill experiments in Canada. If you can please move down here, just a few miles, to do the American half of it, we'll be all set.
Enjoyed Noah's speech very much & hung around for Conan O'Brien. Both speeches special in their own ways, although there was a great deal more laughter with Conan. Well worth the time.
Here is the Commencement speech I mentioned. The grad is Noah Eckstein. Guess what he majors in -- physics!
